The one word that describes the person we are looking for in a person is “eager”.

We would prefer a student that is heading to graduation in the Spring and may want full-time employment.

A recent graduate would be great as well if you are still in touch with any.

As a paid intern, the candidate could work between 2 days a week and 5 days a week.

Initially we would have a trial period of a few days to determine a good fit for all parties.

We are a small company, (16 employees between our Auburndale, Tampa and PA locations) and we need someone who is versatile and able to learn several skills.

We are a very niche agency that offers a formula for small businesses to generate leads online. Some tasks could be editing videos, filming video, posting blogs, designing facebook or other digital ads, writing articles, proofreading, editing photos, handling email or other outbound marketing, etc.

Currently our potential for growth exceeds our ability to find people who are willing to come along for the ride and grow with our company. We are GROWING! We are hoping to start someone off between 14 and 18 per hour depending on applied knowledge of Adobe products and creative abilities.

IF they prove they are worth more, we are not shy about increasing their pay.
