There is absolutely no way that they can accurately tell
how many Organic or Paid visits you or anyone else is
getting. The tools that purport to do this are wildly off.

The chart on the “Gap” report shows a peak of your visits in July.
Does that make sense to you???

They are claiming that you got 278 Organic Clicks in December

As you can see from the real data in Google Analytics
your visits are UP substantially year over year and there
was NO spike in JULY. And in reality you got about 500 visits
in December from Organic Search. There is NO WAY to tell
how many visits the others got unless you have access
to their Google Accounts!

Local Results (with the map) are EXTREMELY localized
these days. Google will deliver based on how close the
searcher is to your actual location. The only way to expand
this is to have a super strong website (which we are adding
to all the time) or to add Virtual Offices – which we talked about.
Your reach is expanding – since the move you show up in
Local Results in a wider area around your office, but if you
go to far, they may show others. When we were in town we
actually tested this on the ground by reseting our cache on
our phones and searching from other areas we were in.
The screenshot below shows a tool in Adwords that will
mimic very well the actual results on the ground based on
ZIP code. As you can see you DO show up Locally in ZIP
codes near you just for a generic search like “Chimney Sweep”.

They show that you have 4 keywords on the 1st page.
Actually we have about 400 Keyword Phrases that show
up on Page 1 using our tracking. Today’s searchers are
sophisticated in the way they enter search terms in and
we attempt to mimic what they may search with our tools
to measure positions.

Things are just not this simple.
Search results vary so drastically from zip code to zip code
and from the keyword phrase used that this type of data,
again is impossible to get without tracking software like
the results you see below.
